Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Moonslip ("we", "us"), for the use of , its website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is, and isn't

publishes parlay cards and sports analysis built by a computer model, and tools to build and track your own cards. It is information and entertainment. We are not a sportsbook. We never accept bets, hold money for wagering, or place bets for you. Any bet you make is between you and your sportsbook, under its rules.

No result is guaranteed. Most parlays lose, and large parlays lose almost every time. Hit chances shown are model estimates, not promises. Past results, including our public record, do not predict future results. Prices change; always confirm the price at your sportsbook before you bet.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 21, and old enough to bet legally where you are. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and bet, including whether sports betting and the specific bets on a card are legal there. Do not use the Service where it is against the law.

3. Your account

One account is for one person. Each paid account can be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time, and devices can be switched up to 3 times in 30 days. Sharing, reselling or publicly reposting member-only cards is not allowed; we may suspend accounts that do. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Free trials are limited to one per person, device and network. Accounts made to get extra trials or rewards may be closed.

4. Plans, billing and cancelling

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown on the Plans page before you pay and may change for future periods with notice.

Refunds: every new account gets a free trial with no card required, so you can see the Service before you pay. Because of that, subscription payments are not refundable. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are never charged again. We will always refund our own mistakes, such as a duplicate charge or a charge made after you cancelled; contact us and we will fix it. We may also refund other payments at our discretion. We send a reminder before any yearly plan renews.

5. Rewards

The ambassador program follows the Ambassador Program Terms, and the Moon Pool follows its Official Rules. Rewards are never tied to how anyone's picks or bets do. We may change or end the rewards program, and may withhold rewards earned through abuse.

6. Acceptable use

Don't copy the Service's data in bulk, scrape it, reverse engineer it, interfere with how it runs, or use it to build a competing product. Don't use it for anything illegal.

7. Our content

The cards, record, models, text and design belong to us. You may share links and screenshots of free cards for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a purpose. Lines, injuries and results come from outside sources and can be late or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

9. Ending your access

You can stop using the Service any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If we change them, we will post the new version here with a new date; using the Service after that means you accept the change.
