Ambassador Program Terms

These terms and conditions cover the ambassador program, run by Moonslip. They add to our Terms of Service and the Moon Pool Official Rules. Joining is free: every member gets a link in the Rewards tab after tapping "I agree" to these terms. Agreeing is how you accept them, and we keep the date you did.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 21, live in the United States, and have an account in good standing. One ambassador account per person.

2. Who counts as your recruit

A person becomes your recruit when they create a new account through your link. A recruit is counted once they use the app on 3 different days in their first week, or start a paid plan. Your own accounts, people in your household, and accounts made just to earn rewards don't count.

3. What you earn

Level 1: 20% of what your recruits pay, 25% once you have 25 active paying recruits, 30% at 100, and 35% at 500.

Level 2: from the people your recruits bring in, 2% once you have 25 active paying recruits of your own, 5% at 100, and 10% at 500. There is no third level.

Active means the recruit paid in the last 35 days, or is on a yearly plan. Your level is checked at each payment and can go down as well as up. You earn only on real subscription payments: never for sign-ups alone, never on your own purchases, and joining never costs anything.

Seals are earned for verified recruits as shown in the Rewards tab: 100 per verified recruit (more at higher levels), 250 once for your first, 200 when a recruit starts paying, and 25 for each verified recruit your recruits bring in. Seals for a recruit who is never verified are never paid, and the paying bonus is taken back if every payment from that recruit is refunded or charged back. Seals buy membership days only, and can't be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out.

4. Holds, refunds and payouts

Each commission is held 45 days. After that it becomes payable, and we pay once your payable balance reaches $25. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is taken back at both levels; if it was already paid, it comes off your next payout. Year-end cash-out: on December 31 each year, we pay every payable balance of $1 or more, even under $25, so nothing sits with us into the new year. Commissions still on hold then are paid when their hold ends. If you leave the program or close your account, every commission you earned honestly is still paid once its hold ends, with no minimum.

Before your first payout you must give us a completed IRS Form W-9. We send a Form 1099 when the law requires it, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

5. How you promote

  • Always say you're paid when you share your link, for example "#ad" or "I earn from this link". The FTC requires it.
  • Never promise winnings, guaranteed results or income. Don't call any card a lock or a sure thing.
  • Never aim at anyone under 21 or anyone in a place where sports betting isn't legal for them.
  • No spam: no unwanted texts, emails or mass messages, and no fake reviews.
  • Don't bid on our name in search ads, pretend to be , or use our logo except as we provide it.

6. Ending or changing the program

We may change rates, levels or these terms with 30 days' notice for future payments. We may remove an ambassador and keep unpaid commissions earned by breaking these terms. You can leave any time; commissions you earned honestly are still paid on schedule.

7. The relationship

Ambassadors are independent. Nothing here makes you our employee, partner or agent, and you can't make promises on our behalf.
