Moon Pool Official Rules

These official rules are the terms and conditions of the Moon Pool, a bonus program for ambassadors run by Moonslip. Taking part in the ambassador program means you accept them. It rewards bringing in paying members. It is not a lottery or sweepstakes, prizes are never tied to how any bet or card does, and no member money is pooled or wagered.

1. How the pool is funded

Each calendar month, 10% of 's profit for that month goes into the Moon Pool, and never less than $100. Profit means subscription income after ambassador commissions, refunds, chargebacks and payment processing fees. The amount shown in the app is updated as the month goes and is final once that month's books close.

2. Two races

Pool race (monthly): half of each month's pool is paid in cash to the 3 ambassadors with the most new paying recruits that month: 50% to 1st, 30% to 2nd, 20% to 3rd.

Trip race (yearly): the other half of every month's pool builds the Trip fund. The 5 ambassadors with the most new paying recruits in the calendar year share it: 35% to 1st, 25% to 2nd, 20% to 3rd, 12% to 4th and 8% to 5th.

Trip or cash, your choice: each of the 5 winners chooses to put their share toward the trip we announce, or to cash it out. Cash is paid in January, after the hold on December's payments ends.

3. What counts

A new paying recruit is someone who joined through your link and made their first subscription payment in that month (or year). A recruit whose payment is refunded or charged back is removed. Level 2 recruits don't count in the races. Ties go to whoever reached the total first.

4. Who can win

Ambassadors who are at least 21, live in the United States, have an account in good standing, and follow the Ambassador Program Terms. Our owners and staff can't win. Anyone who games the races, for example with fake or self-made accounts, is removed and forfeits prizes.

5. When prizes are paid

Monthly cash is paid after the 45-day hold on that month's payments, so refunds can be removed first. Before receiving any prize, winners give us a completed IRS Form W-9. Prizes count as income; we send a Form 1099 when the law requires it, and winners pay their own taxes.

6. Trips

We choose the destination, dates and what's included, and tell winners at least 60 days ahead. A winner who picks the trip and later can't go may still take their share in cash instead, up until we book their travel. Trips never include betting money. Travel is at the winner's own risk, and winners follow the rules of the airline, hotel and venue.

7. Changes

We may change or end the Moon Pool for future months with 30 days' notice. Prizes already earned are still paid. Void where prohibited.
