Privacy Policy

This explains what Moonslip collects through , why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and a password if you set one. Your plan and when it renews.
• Device: a random device ID created in your browser, used to enforce the 2-device limit and to stop repeat free trials.
• Network: your internet address when you start a free trial, used only to limit trials per household network.
• What you do in the app: cards you track, your bankroll settings, and alert preferences. Some of this stays only in your browser.
• Feedback you send us, and push notification settings if you turn alerts on.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run your account and plan, send sign-in codes and alerts you asked for, prevent account sharing and trial abuse, answer feedback, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who helps us run it

Our database and sign-in run on Supabase. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Emails are sent through an email provider, and payments through our payment processor. Each only gets what it needs to do that job.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and afterward only as long as needed for billing records, fraud prevention and the law.

Your choices

You can turn off alerts any time, and ask us to see, correct or delete your account data. Contact moonslip.ai@gmail.com. Some states give residents extra rights; we honor those requests.

Age

The Service is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
